Shipping and Delivery Information
Parrot Bay Unlimited (PBU) offers Next Business Day shipping special via either UPS or FedEx for all orders for a flat fee of $25.99. We apologize, but we cannot guarantee which carrier between UPS and FedEx we will use on each order. Please note: All shipments are Ship Complete orders, which means if a item is on backorder your order will not ship until that item is available. If you need a item before that, you will have to pay an additional flat rate shipping fee.
We also offer a $9.99 ground shipping special via either UPS or FedEx. Rules are the same as for the Next Business Day special.
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or Next Business Day (excludes Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, since our carriers do not deliver on these days).
All in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. All in stock orders to ship Next Business Day placed before 12:00 P.M. E.T. will be shipped same day, pending cleared payment, otherwise they may ship the next business day. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email. We will keep you up to date on your orders status from the time it is processed till it's finally delivery to you via email.
From time to time products may be unavailable and backordered from the manufacturer. We will try to give you as best of estimate of when the order will be available.
We will try to ship items available for orders with multiple products where one or several of the products are back ordered. There will be no additional charges for shipping in these items unless otherwise stated, most back orders might be shipped via UPS ground.
We try to process as many orders as possible throughout the day, but we cannot guarantee any order shipping placed after 12PM EST. Next Business Day delivery orders received after 12pm EST may be sent out the following business day. Please Note: All orders placed after 12PM EST on Fridays maybe shipped out the following Monday.
Delivery times are estimates all shipping times are based on business days, neither of our delivery methods deliver products on Saturday or Sunday.
